The Islamic Society of North East Ohio, abbreviated as ISNEO, is primarily committed to the service of the muslim community in Canton, Ohio. The rudimentary objectives of this society are:

To maintain a facility, which will be used as an Islamic center for purposes of Islamic worship, religious activities, educational/developmental activities and social events that do not violate the tenets of Quran and authentic Sunna.
To promote goodwill, tolerance, unity, friendship and understanding to strengthen the fraternal bonds among Muslims of Stark County and bordering counties.
To disseminate information about Islam, its teachings, its history and its philosophy to Muslims and interested non-Muslims.
To promote understanding and act as a channel of communication between Muslims and non-Muslims in the surrounding community.

Narated By Abu Huraira : Allah's Apostle said, "If one give in charity what equals one date-fruit from the honestly-earned money and Allah accepts only the honestly earned money... Allah takes it in His right (hand) and then enlarges its reward for that person (who has given it), as anyone of you brings up his baby horse, so much that it becomes as big as a mountain.
